RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds: WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
Exchanges: If you would like to receive a different size or color of the item you bought, you must purchase the new style separately, and contact Customer Care to return your original order.
Shipping: The shipment of your return is the responsibility of the customer. Please choose a secure courier with tracking when shipping your return.
Item condition: All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags attached when received by our warehouse. Shoes may be exchanged in original box and unworn condition. Headphones are eligible for exchange if unopened. Grooveman Music reserves the right to decline returned merchandise that does not follow this criteria.
Defective or Incorrect Merchandise: If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact Customer Care to arrange a replacement or a correction of your order. Merchandise should be sent back in the condition it was received.
Final Sale: Merchandise that has been marked down is considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
